Tony LaMarca builds products that make driving safer and insurance smarter.

As a Director of Product Development at American Family Insurance, Tony leads the team behind DriveMyWay, a usage-based telematics platform that personalizes auto insurance rates through real-time driving behavior data. His work sits at the intersection of mobile technology, data science, and consumer experience.

Over a 25+ year career, Tony has driven impact across insurance, aviation, and telecom. At Allstate, he led the integration of Drivewise into Allstate Mobile, exceeding customer adoption targets and redefining digital engagement for auto insurance. At Gogo, he launched Gogo Text & Talk for business aviation, a first-of-its-kind product that set new sales records.

Outside of work, he mentors the next generation of innovators as a community outreach mentor for FLYT 2290, a FIRST Robotics Competition team in Rockford. When not building products, you'll find him on stage channeling Ace Frehley in a KISS tribute band - full costume included.
