For the past 8 years, I've run my social media management firm, MCM Social Media with the following Zig Ziglar quote in mind:

"If people like you, they will listen to you, but if they trust you, they'll do business with you"

While I've never inherently enjoyed the sales 'game', I've always had the greatest passion for helping small business owners solve problems - often before the sale itself ever happens. Fortunately, more often then not, this has led to longer-term clients and more productive relationships.

At this point in my career, my goal is to apply the customer service skills I've developed towards a company that allows me to continue being a trusted problem-solver with the flexibility necessary for an entrepreneurial father of two amazing kids!
