Since I was a little girl, I always saw problems like a puzzle. What would be the best solution? What solution was the best fit? My family saw this spark in me at a very young age and always encouraged me to push myself. A tradition began when my grandmother bought me a puzzle for me during our annual visit. Immediately, I was intrigued and started on the task at hand. Within the first ten minutes, I had solved the 15 piece, princess puzzle. Since that first venture, I have continued to complete puzzles at our annual family gatherings and more.

My love for puzzles has only grown because no puzzle fits the same way. Every puzzle has its own challenges and characteristics that make it unique. I see the puzzle as my competitor, I need to work towards completion until I beat the puzzle. I enjoy puzzles because they are my way of having "me time". That is my time to focus on fitting pieces together to create a picture. My favorite puzzle is the tiger puzzle in the photo I selected. I chose this puzzle because it was the first puzzle where everyone in my family helped me accomplish it. We sat down, and day by day, we fit more and more pieces together. Puzzles are my passion and will be an activity that I can work at all my life. What's your passion?
