I am a Clarksburg personal injury attorney. I do my best to be an active member of my community.

Prior to becoming a personal injury lawyer, I worked as an attorney for an insurance company. In the time I spent there, I grew a serious distaste for the manner in which insurance companies treat accident victims. Thus, I decided to start a firm that would make the lives of accident victims and their loved ones easier, not harder, The Miley Legal Group.

I am proud to say, since starting my firm, I have helped a number of accident victims and their families maintain their rights, and pursue fair compensation. Whether this be a car accident, pedestrian accident, or medical malpractice claim it is our pleasure to help those in need of our services.

West Virginia is home to a handful of oil and gas fields. While many companies understand that this is a very dangerous profession and will go the extra mile to ensure the safety of all workers, accidents can easily happen, and some of those accidents could have been prevented.

Sometimes the negligence of a few, can cause harm to many. That is why defective product cases are so important. If we don't hold others accountable for their actions, more people could get hurt before the problem is solved.
