- OCCUPATION: Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FM3IS Associates LLC — charged with the development, implementation, and evaluation of the firm’s strategic business strategy, and for providing corporate oversight on administrative management and client operation activities.

- VOCATION: Commissioned as a Colonel in the Texas State Guard, serves as Commander, 1st Brigade. Retired from the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, after serving 20 years leading people and managing programs that developed, acquired, sustained, and protected facilities at military installations throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Also serves as a preaching/teaching staff minister at Covenant Community Church, San Antonio, TX.

- ADVOCATION: Serves as Chairman, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s Facilities Management Degree Program Board of Advisors Council.

- DESIGNATION: Certified Facility Manager, International Facility Management Association Fellow, and Gospel Ministry Preacher Certificate of License.

- EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Studies, Master's Level Certificate in Facility Management, Master of Military Operations Arts and Science, Master of Arts Degree in Management, and Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership.

- ASPIRATION: A Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership.
