His learnings from the growing up years in NCC at college and then attended a prestigious camp in Officers Training Academy at Nagpur have shaped his personality and are probably the reason why he is a team favourite. His creativity keeps the minds live on the product or service. He led the company to become the hottest training cum placement firm in the region and the No 1 creative agency in his region. He has played a vital role in making the Group strategic acquisitions (Interact Vision, Kid stuff) and he is responsible for the company financial management, corporate taxation as well as preparation and evaluation of business plans and proposals.

Murali has special interest to create awareness for the professional graduates to enter in the world of Entrepreneurs. He also set up Integrated Communications Planning and built the framework for what can truly be called first integrated Engagement and Experiential marketing among professional graduates. He strongly believes that students society can really change the future, if they are trained with right exposure and their own creative thinking.

Murali received his Bachelor of Commerce from Jaya College of Arts and Science, Chennai, an MBA – Marketing & Finance from Kongu Arts and Science, Erode and has done dual Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneur Development & Advertising Management respectively in Madras Ad Club, Chennai.
