Who am I: I am a young independent women driven by her dreams and also scared by them.I strive to achieve all that I place my mind onto and that's what I learned this year at school in terms of hosting a Seminar, a High Tea and a Lunch for mostly people close to me and for marks which in all those assessments there had so much growth that I felt I needed in-order to transform to the person I want to be once am done with my diploma. This year has been filled with so much growth in terms of working in the Main kitchen during our practicals and also being assigned as managers the Operation side to first years and having the role of running functions with the assistance of our head managers at times, it become too overwhelming to absorb it all at times but it become norm after sometime. My dream is not just manager a hotel or a restaurant but it is to start trends and to leave a mark everywhere I go. To become a well known person amongst the people I work with in my field, to share the knowledge that I have learned at school with the people I work with and to also use it to my advantage too.
