T. Noor Elliott

Hello, my name is Noor and I’m an ambitious, intelligent professional with a hunger for making things happen. This is proven in my history of getting actively involved in issues that matter, staying aware of my surrounding community and empowering people. I have worked with Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter’s Office of Community Services, and various non-profit organizations including the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and a newly founded organization that provided over $2M in aid to refugees.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Temple University. I am currently a Financial Associate at Vanguard where I am strengthening my finance and investment industry knowledge. I would like to use my background in finance and economics to continue to empower and support the growth of others.
