As the PROCESSor, I am a personal and organizational transformation specialist dedicated to helping individuals and businesses/corporates to deal with limitations and then build their purpose driven ideas into sustainable inventions, interventions and initiatives.

I have about 15 years professional cumulative work experience that spans the Education, MSME, Agriculture, Media and NGO sectors.

I have over the years facilitated key impact driven projects/training programs for different organizations, e.g Thessy Isemede Foundation; Accelerate Lab (by The Future Project & Microsoft); UNESCO-FCTA YouthMobile Project; FWG Africa Ltd, etc. In addition to these, I have also served as a volunteer trainer for innovative educational initiatives like the GOTNI/NYSC Leadership development program and the World's Largest Lesson National SDGs Activation Project in Nigeria.

I am the 2016 Winner of the Mike Omotosho Social Innovation Challenge, a 2017 GOTNI Ambassador/NYSC Leadership Speaker, a 2020 TeachSDGs Ambassador and a 2020 ACTiN Ambassador.

Apart from currently serving as Programme Manager II with Sickle Cell Advocacy & Management Initiative, I am also the Lead Consultant at Crownfield Development Consult and Founder of People Living-with Asthma In Nigeria (P.L.A.I.N) Aid Project.
