I am the primary care-taker for my husband Doug, who has Lewy Body Dementia with Parkinsonisms. Both of us are in our late ‘60’s. We have been together since college days, well over 40 years. For 25 of those, we were partners in business as well as life. Our family is committed to making sure that the quality of Doug’s life stays high. For now, that means living at home. Even though home is a place now populated with many strange and sometimes charming beings….the kids on the ceiling, the workers in the yard and the cat in the corner.
