This experience includes high volume/securemainframes (IBM), enterprise mid-range computers (P-Series, AS/400’s, TandemNon-Stops), server farms with over 2,500 Unix/Windows servers, desktop support,customer facing internet online systems, time critical nightly batch applicationsand nationwide voice/data networks (CISCO/Nortel). He has created projectmanagement/SDLC processes and implemented technical infrastructure projects,which included the technical integration of California Federal Bank into theCitigroup enterprise. In regard to Change Control, System Availability andProcess Improvement, he has been directly responsible for designing andimplementing multiple change control and acceptance testing projects whichresulted in double the number of application change installations using 50%less staff and without creating any production outages. Mr. Wolf has provenmanagement expertise and success in all areas within Data Center and NetworkOperations including: contract negotiations, vendor management, budgeting, businessanalysis, cost reduction, internet operations, storage management, SAN, systemsintegration, Data Center/Network hardware and software, metrics development andcapacity planning, as well as Data Center Facilities / Infrastructure design,construction, relocation and closure. He is also well-versed incross-functional leadership, project management, application development,change control, quality assurance, problem management, strategic and tacticalplanning, SOX/regulatory compliance, IT process & controls data, as well asnetwork and physical security, disaster recovery/business continuity and NOCmanagement.
