Capitalizing on the popularity of country music sensation Toby Keith, restaurateur Frank Capri opened Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill, a chain of restaurants themed after Keith's hit single of the same name. The restaurant specializes in southern American food such as chicken, ribs, and steak, and Frank Capri has made sure that the portions are as generous as the price is fair. Every Toby Keith Bar entrée offers a wide selection of side dishes: mashed potatoes, fried cornmeal okra, mac and cheese, creamed corn, sweet potatoes, and more.

The restaurant's country atmosphere doesn't stop at the menu. Veteran businessman Frank Capri imbued every square inch of the establishment with a country vibe. Mounted television sets play country music videos. Servers wear cowgirl outfits and serve drinks amid visiting bands that entertain guests with live performances. The bars at each location resemble giant guitars, and bartenders serve southern cocktails mixed from Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort, as well as other popular drinks. Every so often, restaurant locations host battle of the band events, which are 10-consecutive-night contests featuring any band that is confident in its ability to dazzle guests and official judges.

While waiting for a table or letting food digest, guests are encouraged to browse the gift shop. Frank Capri stocked each shop with unique memorabilia and music from the eponymous musician, as well as gift cards eligible at any of the restaurant's locations across the country.
