Todd Heber

As a performance-driven professional living in Mercer Island, Washington, Todd Heber has over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources Management. He received his MBA from the University of Alaska and in 2007, he was one of the Senior HR Advisor for BP until Samsung promoted him to Senior HR Business Partner in 2015, and before that, was a HR Director for Boart Longyear. In the development of innovative HR initiatives, Heber is a strategy designer. He streamlines the different processes throughout a company to capitalize on its organizational growth opportunities. He utilizes his creative thinking, interpersonal relationships skills, and organization to mentor employees and negotiate billion dollar deals. He completed a $30 billion merger between Samsung Electronics and Samsung Telecommunications; Heber took charge of developing other employees, managing change, and integrating people, strategies, programs, and guidelines to support organizational goals as a BP HR Advisor; and he coordinated the due diligence process and HR systems integration for 5 major U.S. acquisitions while working for Boart Longyear.
