I love being an entrepreneur and working with other entrepreneurs.

I started as an entrepreneur early – right from selling papers at the age of 9 to having my own video store at the age of 18 – before Blockbuster, Rogers and the big guys came in to the scene. I have worked for three of the largest financial companies in the world – while specializing in specific areas within each. I started my own software and hardware company out of my garage and grew it to over 50 employees and supplying some of the biggest franchises out there. I have come in to various companies as an executive to turnaround a company that was near bankruptcy, to re-brand it and help revive it. I was also the President and COO and co-founder of a technology company in the authentication arena. It was a multifactor two-way authentication solution that combined cognitive psychology with dynamic biometrics. It was successfully acquired by a large player in the authentication technology industry.

I was and still am an avid trader – started trading at the age of 16 (trade stock, commodities, Forex)

I have worked in many different fields not only as a business owner but working in the field to see if this was a business I wanted to pursue. I have worked with start-ups, small cap, mid-cap companies and in countries all around the world. I have rubbed shoulders with presidents of countries, congressman, fortune billionaires and some in third world countries where it takes a lot to be billionaire.

I have more than 25+ years of senior executive experience. I have served as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer in large, small and start up companies, both public and private. My experience has led me to focus on applying my skills to working with companies and management in the financial,information technology, renewable energy and consumer goods. I have expertise in acquisitions, post acquisition integration, business planning, risk management, plan execution, intellectual property management and the development implementation of strategic business information. I have assisted senior executives in identifying and analyzing new business opportunities where the key component was leveraging technology to create value.

I tinker on old car restorations, love riding my motorcycle with my wife Laurie, whom is my biggest supporter of what I do and is always there to listen to me through all the ups and downs in life.
