Todd Skertich

Todd Skertich is a 17-year veteran and expert in the medical education, healthcare consulting, and physician recruiting industries. He is the Director of Medical Education for Business & Personal Side of Medicine where he created and co-wrote a 212 page guidebook that helps Residents discover their path to success. An addition, Todd has created a physician online resource center offering Residents/Fellows, Medical Students, and Medical Educators a platform
to help Residents transition from training into their life/career.

Todd founded Arlington HealthCare; a physician recruitment firm—helping physicians find work/life balance through their career. To date, Todd has overseen more than 2,000 permanent physician placements, negotiated $400 million in starting salaries and impacted hospital/group top line revenue by $1.8 billion. As an educator, he has given over 100 keynote speeches at residency programs, and has conducted more than 750 workshops providing insight into the entire physician recruiting process.

In addition to receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest, Todd completed an intensive study on Napoleon Hill's 17 Principals of Success at Purdue University, including Definiteness of
Purpose.

Todd's most proudest accomplishment is his two beautiful daughter's Riley and Sydney.
