Todd Wolfe

Todd’s passion is helping individuals discover their strengths, and then helping them increase their relationship effectiveness at work and at home. He is an expert in Cultural Diversity having been born and raised in Europe, and has extensive international travel and cross-cultural communication experience. He is fluent in English and French.

He brings experience in leadership, organizational development, and training with a $1/2 billion annual revenue non-profit, a Fortune 500 retail company, production and non-production environments, as well as an acute care hospital, and public safety arenas. He has extensive work experience using technology in education, producing and editing in-house education and information videos, as well as coordinating satellite TV, webinar, live event and interactive video programs. He consistently receives high praise for effectiveness and innovation.

He is a certified facilitator for AiA – Adventures in Attitudes, and is a coordinator of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University helping individuals get on a plan and get out of debt. He has been a guest speaker for the PeriAnesthesia Care Nurses, Arkansas chapter Annual Conference, on the topic of Cultural Diversity, and served as evaluator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers by FranklinCovey. He is currently completing his Blanchard Certification with the Ken Blanchard Company.

Todd has always been praised for his strong innovative and creative skills as well as his comfort in speaking and training one-on-one, small group, large group, front-line employees, management, and executive audiences.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Master’s of Science degree in Education. He is a member of ASTD, and a Melvin Jones Fellow.
