Todd Childress worked as a recording engineer in New York City with such artists as The Brecker Brothers, Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey, Blues Traveler, Marcus Miller, Bob James, Mary J. Blige, Madonna, L.L. Cool Jay, Slick Rick, Common, and Vanessa Williams.
Other credited works include national radio and television spots, and the motion pictures “The Mambo Kings,” “Major Payne,” and “The Mask.”
In addition to studio work, Todd worked as a live sound recording technician, tour manager, touring musician, session guitarist, label artist, and songwriter.
He has continually endeavored as a songwriter, engineer, and producer.
Currently, Todd is working on a bachelor’s degree in Music Production at Full Sail University to broaden the scope of his musical knowledge and theoretical understanding.
In addition to music production, he maintains a studied focus on acoustics and the physics of sound.
