Todd Crosland has spent his entire life as an entrepreneur. He attended the University of Utah and obtained his degree in business finance. From then on, Todd. Crosland has focused on developing his own businesses. He was the CFO and Director of Surgical Technologies, a firm he helped take public in 1990. In 1992, Todd Crosland started his business career in Real Estate. From 1992 to 2008, he developed well over 1,000 residential lots. The largest development was the 14,000 acre Wolf Creek Ranch project (www.wolfcreekranch.com). In 1996, he bought a steel manufacturing company that had been around for 75 years, Rex Industries. In 2001, he founded Interbank FX, which was registered as a Futures Commission Merchant and a Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer. Interbank FX grew to be one of the leading international Forex trading services with over 40,000 customers in 140 countries and over $750 billion in annual trading volume. He sold the company in 2011. After he sold Interbank FX, Todd Crosland decided to focus on the budding online social platform industry. In March of 2013, he founded Seed Equity Ventures, a registered broker dealer. Seed Equity Ventures developed a social investing platform that helps connect investors and venture capitalists with growth and startup companies from all over the world. His aim was to spread out the venture capital opportunity to everywhere in the world. Venture capital is focused right now in the United States with only a couple thousand venture capitalists that control the millions of startups and growth companies.
