Alexis Toddy is an Equitable Education Strategist, Edu-Innovation Trailblazer, and Inclusive Intelligence Specialist based in South Africa, committed to transforming education into an ecosystem where equity, innovation, and human dignity converge. My professional pursuit is grounded in Afrocentric pedagogy, Ubuntu philosophy, and the principles of cognitive justice, ensuring that education does not merely transfer knowledge but actively liberates, empowers, and re-humanizes.

As co-founder & CEO of Toddy AlphaMore, I lead initiatives that merge inclusive design with cutting-edge EdTech to create learning solutions that are culturally responsive, contextually relevant, and globally significant. My leadership ethos is anchored in collaboration and impact as I scaffold networks that cross traditional silos, unifying educators, innovators, policy makers & communities in pursuit of education that truly serves.

Underpinned by Inclusive Intelligence, I specialize in designing frameworks that value diversity as a resource for creativity and resilience. From developing learner-centered curricula and professional training programs, to co-constructing global online education regulations,I aim to ensure that learning environments, content and pedagogy are both educationally sustainable & contextually relevant.
