Todd Greenbaum
Buffalo
Todd Greenbaum has always loved to travel, a passion inherited from and nurtured by his family. He strongly believes that to experience something new is to expand your mind, and every country he has visited and every culture he has encountered has taught him an immeasurable amount.
In the summer of 2013, Todd Greenbaum served as an intern at Lyon Trading International in NYC. Todd assisted the CEO, having the chance to observe regular functions of the job and was asked for input. Todd created inventory lists required for international trade and manufacturing, gathered industry knowledge while sitting in on meetings with companies such as Modell’s and Sports Authority, and created and executed a new advertising strategy, in which he emailed prospective clients photos showcasing products.
Some bucket list countries: South Africa, Jamiaca, China, Japan, India, Germany, Australia, and Costa Rica.
Todd Greenbaum is an avid soccer enthusiast. He's currently not pursuing the sport, but it is still a major part of his life.
Huge movie buff - some of Todd's favorite actors - Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale, James Franco, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradd Pit, Edward Norton, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Johnny Depp.
Giving back to the community is something that Todd has always been committed to. He has done a bunch of volunteering with the Gloria Parks Community Center - mostly with soccer. He is a coach at the community center (located in Buffalo, NY), working with underprivileged kids to help them improve their soccer skills.
Due to his extensive knowledge of the game, Todd Greenbaum spends a lot of time teaching kids how to improve their skills on the field. However, Todd also places an emphasis on discipline, teamwork and balancing the demands of soccer and life.
Todd feels as though the time he spends volunteering with children will greatly improve their lives. It exposes positive opportunities that are great alternatives to the poor choices available to those in inner city environments.
Todd Greenbaum feels that not only have these kids benefitted from him volunteering - Todd has as well. He hopes to continue coaching and building a lasting relationship with all of the children that he volunteers with.
