The consultancy firm assists clients in developing and optimizing governance strategies. His detail-oriented approach enables companies to achieve uplisting from over-the-counter bulletin boards and pink sheets to nationally recognized junior exchanges. Mr. Heinzl has gained extensive experience in the Canadian financial sector. He served as Marketing Manager with Altamira Investment Management, one of Canada's major mutual fund firms. In this role, he led the company in communication, financial, and marketing strategies focused on the institutional sector. Todd Heinzl subsequently held responsibilities in Toronto as Vice President with the boutique labor-sponsored Centerfire Growth Fund, and as Vice President of a boutique Canadian merchant bank. As a Partner with Sutton Javelin IR, Todd Heinzl assisted more than two dozen growth companies to achieve listings on the NASDAQ, NYSE AMEX, TSX, and other venture-focused exchanges. In addition to ensuring proper corporate governance and listing arrangements, he helped to maintain compliance with complex regulatory disclosure requirements.

During his time with Sutton Javelin, Todd Heinzl notably co-launched DisclosurePlus, an innovative wireless communications platform that enables shareholders to communicate regardless of their language. He also assisted the Canadian incubator Itemus, Inc., in its M&A strategies as Vice President, Investor Relations. With a continued interest in collecting books, Todd Heinzl has a particular passion for archaeology and history.
