Todd Kozee

For nearly 24 years, retail industry sales and marketing executive Todd Kozee has been a high performing leader, recognized for a number of achievements during his career.

Mr. Kozee spent six years with Alpharetta, Georgia-based MarketSource, Inc., one of the country's premier marketing services agencies, where he served as Executive Director of Retail Business Development from 2006 through 2010. Mr. Kozee operated in a consultative business development capacity to numerous Fortune 1000 clients including Sharp Electronics Corporation, AT&T Mobility, Inc., Hewlett Packard, and Whirlpool Corporation. His expertise focused on sales strategy, improving channel sales and marketing execution, account-specific point-of-sale marketing effectiveness, improving the customer experience, and optimizing promotional events and marketing campaigns. Promoted from Director of Client Services in 2006, Mr. Kozee demonstrated his capabilities while managing the firm's largest client, Hewlett-Packard. During this two-year assignment, he successfully managed the HP National Field Sales and Marketing Team while achieving an annual $300 million dollar sales quota. Additionally, his 1600-person team successfully launched waves of new products and services and executed a variety of training and merchandising projects across 10,000 North American retail locations.

Previously, Mr. Kozee served as Store Experience Team Executive at Best Buy Co., Inc., a executive role which provided leadership to a corporate strategic marketing team. Mr. Kozee was promoted into this role after being successful as a Senior Buyer and Senior Marketing Manager where he grew the company's accessory portfolio from $700 million to over $1.2 billion. Mr. Kozee, with diverse retail operations background, worked for Montgomery Ward, a $3.5 billion dollar department store retailer and held field operations positions as General Manager, District Operations Manager and Group Merchandiser for locations in Maryland, Michigan, and West Virginia. A 2001 graduate of the University of Tennessee’s College of Business Administration, Todd Kozee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
