Attorney, commercial litigation, and art in Miami, Florida
Todd Levine is an experienced and well-rounded commercial litigator, and a Founding Member of the Kluger Kaplan practice. He handles nearly all types of complex business disputes. Todd has a predominant focus on commercial real estate litigation, and frequently represents real estate brokers, developers, lending institutions, buyers and sellers, investors, property managers, owners, contractors and subcontractors in disputes coming out of commercial real estate projects and sales. He has managed a number of cases associated with investment partnerships and finance arrangements. In addition, Todd has handled a variety of disputes in the entertainment and sports industries.
No matter what the dispute brings, Todd uses his analytical and creative skills to find a unique approach other lawyers may not be able to identify. This may mean filing in on one specific piece of hidden evidence that will majorly impact the case. Or it may mean establishing a legal argument that will help give certainty to an otherwise complicated case.
Todd Levine graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 with bachelor’s in finance. He later went on to study law at the Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1991.
Several of Todd’s clients are surprised to hear that this talented commercial litigator is also a musician and an artist. The blend of Todd’s diagnostic skills and his creativity enable him to take on a unique style of practice. It’s this individual process that helped him to earn the Best Lawyer in America Award for Real Estate Litigation by the US News and Word Repot in 2018.
Additionally, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers Business Edition, Florida Trend Magazine, the Daily Business Review, and the South Florida Business Journal for his many accomplishments. He was also awarded as one of South Flordia’s Top Rated Lawyers for Commercial Litigation by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Leaders Group in 2012.
