Todd Lovejoy

A California business leader with over three decades of experience leading firms in the manufacturing and technology sectors, Todd Lovejoy is the co-founder and owner of TAL Management Services, LLC. In this position, which he has held since 2016, Todd Lovejoy provides consulting services to firms ranging from startups to mid-caps as well as a number of nonprofits. Drawing on extensive management experience, he helps firms develop effective management principles, implement more efficient organizational structures, and raise new rounds of capital.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Lovejoy served as the principal and owner of Tal Executive Services, LLC, a consultancy focused on the manufacturing sector. There, he was instrumental in assisting client Ajax Custom Manufacturing to repel a hostile takeover and, serving as CEO from 2010 to 2011, keeping the firm in the hands of its family owners.

Additionally, Todd Lovejoy helped accelerate California firm Victron's rapid growth as it reached $100 million in annual revenues and expanded its production facilities in Mexico. He previously served as president and CEO of Ansen International where, over a four-year period, he oversaw a near doubling of the company's revenues. He has also served as an executive at the Plexus Corporation, Centerpoint Broadband Technologies, and a number of prominent research, manufacturing, and engineering firms.
