Todd Sample is a successful and enthusiastic full life-cycle Recruiter and has filled over 80 positions and counting since dedicating himself full time to recruiting in 2011. With 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in both in-house (corporate) and external (Agency) capacities, Todd has a developed a comprehensive approach to partnering with Hiring Managers to build out their teams efficiently and effectively. Todd has a proven ability to identify top talent while managing a high volume of open requisitions in Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Editorial, and Operations for Technology, Media, Finance and Non-Profit organizations.

Along with his Talent Acquisition experience, Todd has three years experience as a General Manager for a popular restaurant in Ft Greene, Brooklyn as well as four years as Manager of Organizational Development within International Mission Drive Social Purpose Non-Profit Organization.

Todd was raised in Eastern Mass. where he dropped his r's, fell off his skateboard, played the clarinet and shot a ball like Larry Bird. As young teen, his family relocated to the suburbs of Richmond, VA where drove his Mom's Caravan, met Guru and Premier at Wilie's Records and Tapes and ran a successful babysitting and landscaping business. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 2000 and has lived in NYC ever since. He is devoted to his wife, his son, his family, his friends and Liverpool, FC.
