Todd Skocki
Professional educator Todd Skocki has served as an Academic Instructor with the Woodstock Job Corps Center in Woodstock, Maryland, and youth and children?s programs operator Adams and Associates, Inc., since 2009. Prior to accepting this position, Mr. Skocki earned degrees in computer science and business management and taught in various school systems in New Jersey.
Prior to launching his career, Todd Skocki earned an Associate of Arts from Atlantic Cape Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State College. In addition to achieving a 3.6 GPA while enrolled at Thomas Edison, Mr. Skocki completed his elementary education teaching certifications for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. In 2003, he accepted a position as a substitute teacher serving various schools and grade levels in New Jersey?s Atlantic, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties before he was hired as a full-time fourth grade teacher for a transitional bilingual class with Vineland Public Schools, New Jersey, in 2004. In this role, he taught everything from mathematics, reading, and writing to social studies and science.
After relocating to Pennsylvania, Todd Skocki took a break from teaching to work in the freight industry before accepting his current position at the Woodstock Job Corps Center. As part of the Job Corps Executive Management Program, Mr. Skocki earned his Master?s degree in Business Management from Minot State University, where he maintained a 3.9 GPA and achieved certification in knowledge management. He currently holds qualifications to prepare students for their Test for Adult Basic Education and to earn their General Educational Development (GED) degree. In addition, Todd Skocki serves as a GED Test Coordinator and High School On-Line Instructor.
