Todd Staber

Todd Staber joins entero in 2014 as a Senior IT recruiter where his main role is to develop new business and build relationships with companies and candidates in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
Todd grew up in Minnetonka, MN and went to college at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He started his career in IT recruiting in 1995 as a recruiter working a full desk at a national recruiting firm. He was recruiter of the year in years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001. During this time he advanced into the role of Manager of IT recruiters. In 2006 he went to work for a major national recruiting firm as a Senior IT recruiter, while there he worked with many fortune 500 companies within the Minneapolis/St. Paul market area. In 2008 he accepted a position as a Senior IT recruiter for a startup recruiting firm and within 3 years the company grew from 6 employees to 32 and he became the Senior Business Development Manager working on growing the new client business relationships. He worked companies such as Piper Jaffray, Great River Energy and Hormel Foods. Todd currently lives in Maple Grove, MN with his wife Leah and son Evan. He enjoys spending time with his family going on summer vacations, boating and golfing. He looks forward to continuing his career at entero and helping the company grow by delivering high preforming IT professionals to companies like yours!
