He has spent the bulk of his career working on various aspects of complex system engineering at Lockheed Martin. Todd has led both small and large teams throughout his career and has held strategic responsibilities for Lockheed Martin, including R&D and talent development. He also has experience in business strategy, pursuant to the development of strategy to retain and grow combat systems related business.
Todd is an experienced Software Developer, with past responsibilities including writing code for a Combat System Element. Outside of the private sector, Todd spent time at Rowan University’s School of Engineering where he was responsible for the development of an industry-academia talent development model, as well as working across multiple schools on an initiative to offer both academic and on-hold, professional experience to students prior to entering the workforce.
