Todd has over 20 years in the consumer products business, both as an entrepreneur and as an employee at the industry leader, Procter and Gamble. At P&G he had assignments in both Product Developement and Brand Management in the Fabric and Home Care GBU, including running the $2 Billion Tide Business as North American Brand Manager with line management and P&L responsibility. In 2000 Todd left P&G to co-found Redox Brands Inc, a company focused on acquiring established consumer brands. Todd personally negotiated the deals to acquire Oxydol and Biz detergents from P&G as well as the capital structure to fund the $60 million combined purchase price. Redox Brands successfully exited via a merger with ChemPro to become "CR Brands." Todd was named the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" for this acquisition and deal. In 2003 Todd founded HealthPro Brands and acquired the FIT Brand from P&G, first as a license in 2003 and a full acquisition of the Trademark and IP in 2006. FIT was reformulated to become certified USDA Organic and has launched into new product categories, such as organic laundry detergent, organic hard surface cleaners and organc dish products. He currently serves as HealthPro Brands' President, CEO and Chairman. Todd lives in Cincinnati, OH and has been married to his wife, Bridget, for over 20 years and has 3 children.
