Tofara is a young aspiring Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering who has deep interest in technological innovations to foster development in Africa and beyond. He is currently part of an upcoming Technological Solutions group called ‘RIT Development’ under the TechVillage working on a product called B-Track. B-Track aims at reducing the dangers caused by livestock and to livestock, reducing stock theft and monitoring animal health. Tofara is involved in various other projects that anchor on technological solutions and is increasingly expert in the field. Besides being technologically innovative, Tofara is a passionate speaker and leader. Actively participating in debate and public speaking, he has begun moderating plenary sessions and participating on panels in a bid to herald matters of substance. He believes that the root to optimal development in any field is through adequate communication.
