I am originally from Carle Place, Long Island. I went to Carle Place High School and graduated with honors and the top twenty of my class.
I am currently a junior undergraduate student majoring in Finance at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. I also a big participant in multiple clubs within the campus including: Campus Activities Board- Executive Board (C.A.B), Rose Hill Society-university Ambassador, Fordham Men's Crew team, and a Eucharistic Minister. Through these experiences I have grown my skills of control, understanding, leadership, and personal development. These skills have transferred over into many of my studies including accounting, finance, management, information systems, and business communication. These activities and learning opportunities have helped me become a well-rounded experienced individual. Although I am a large participant in multiple clubs and organizations, I am aware that I must give one hundred percent to everything of which I am a part. I aim to share my ideas and information with the group no matter who is on my team.
My time on the Fordham Men's Crew Team has taught me how to work efficiently with a team and work toward a common goal. We are all different people in the boat, but we must come together and do the same motions in order to row correctly. We sometimes don't get along, but we know that we must leave our emotions at the door to accomplish our team goal. This is the same for every team. Every member must do their part in order to succeed.
As a member of the Rose Hill Society, I enhance my communication skills every time I volunteer to give a tour. I must speak to adults, teenagers, and sometimes children to educate them about the history of the Fordham Rose Hill campus and why I enjoy my time here every day.
A member of the Campus Activities Board: Executive Board is a challenge and a dream come true at the same time. I must manage my budget in order to pay for the numerous events for the student body. I must also make business relationships with local businessmen in order to bring their products and services to campus for everyone to enjoy. In order to do so, contracts were created and money was exchanged. Overall, I had an amazing time working with my co-board members putting on events for everyone and seeing them enjoy every moment of it.
Throughout my time at Fordham University,
