With more than 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting and Recruitment, I enjoy working in complex and challenging environments where I can quickly understand what is needed, bring structure to the challenge and turn strategy into pragmatic action.

At the same time, they value my professional, warm and content-driven approach. That combination matters to me: recruitment is ultimately about people, but making it work requires sound strategy, effective processes, technology, data and disciplined execution.

My work is primarily focused on Tech, IT and Consulting, where attracting experienced professionals requires much more than posting vacancies and waiting for applications. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on headhunting, sourcing and recruitment execution — moving comfortably between strategy and the operational reality of getting things done.

Alongside my work in Talent Acquisition, I am active as a Data Analyst in top-level Dutch volleyball, using performance data and analytics to support coaching and performance decisions.
