Tolgahan Narin

TOLGAHAN NARIN is a Senior Solutions Architect at Ericsson R&D IT Services, bringing nine years of multinational business and project-based experience within Ericsson’s regional organizations in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa. Earlier on, he served in the Turkish Naval Forces as an Ensign Engineer Officer, and as a project engineer for Reel Automation.

Recognized as a leader in driving creative innovation and digital transformation, he leads teams to success through a combination of leadership skill, big picture thinking, and strategic problem solving. His combined expertise in engineering, design, sales, business and processes management and solutioning enables him to translate the customer’s voice into impactful digital concepts that empower both consumers and businesses across the globe.

Tolgahan is regarded as an expert in delivering innovative and E2E BSS solutions across multiple customer networks, and developing new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets. He has served as a core team member on multiple projects and studies around digital transformation, customer centricity, and mobile broadband charging solutions.

Tolgahan received an MBA focused on digital transformation, a master’s degree in industrial engineering, and undergraduate degree in electronics engineering, and recently completed the THNK Amsterdam Creative Leadership Program.

In addition to spending time with family and traveling the world, Tolgahan is retired DJ, entrepreneur, and technology enthusiast with an appreciation for design thinking.
