After brewing the re-sounding success in the hospitality Industry by establishing the Panchavati Group of Hotels & Restaurants in Rajahmundry and rest of Andhra Pradesh, Late Mr. Koganti Visweswara Rao has stepped into the Film Industry in 1970's. He initially financed for a few movies and later decided to go into the Production by producing a film "Chiranjeevi Rambabu" under the banner "Padmaja Pictures". Padmaja Pictures later was renamed as "Panchavati Chitralaya" and started producing telugu movies on a regular basis. Multi-starrer movies featuring Superstar Krishna in the mainlead such as Bangaru Kapuram, Krishna Paramaathma were produced under this banner. Panchavati Chitralaya was even into Film Distribution and Exhibition since then. The dream project of Panchavati Chitralaya, ANAMIKA will be going on to the sets soon. The casting will be a blend of established and new stars.
