Hi, I’m Tolo Mir. I’m an experienced Project Manager and AI Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the tourism, health and public sector industries. Skilled in managing and developing Information Systems and applying analytical methods to get insights and value from massive data. Strong software engineering project management skills. Proficient in machine learning and artificial intelligence with a Data Scientist MSc Master's degree with honors focused on Big Data and AI from Universitat de les Illes Balears.

One of my most significant recent contributions has been my participation as an European Commission consultant in an international public-sector innovation project in Jordan(Twinning Reference: JO22NDICITE0124). I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on the design and implementation of AI-based solutions. My role involved supporting strategic planning, defining technical and governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment between AI solutions and public administration needs, with a strong focus on scalability, interoperability, and sustainable digital transformation.

I also love unleashing my creativity developing entrepreneurship ideas creating web projects from the very beginning and taking into account all the necessary aspects including tailored developments, online marketing, social media management and graphical design.
