Toluwase Olaniyan

Toluwase Olaniyan is a Human Resources enthusiast with immense passion for entrepreneurship, learning and leadership a across board within organisations with special interest in community development and Charity. Over the years, Toluwase has built broad experience in Talent Management, Organisation Design, Change Management, Learning and Leadership Development. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University , Zaria , Nigeria.

Toluwase currently works as an Organisation Design Specialist at The Peak Performance Int’l, consulting majorly on HR Strategy and Policy Development, Process Mapping, Organisational Structure Analysis and Design and Job Profiling. He is the founder and CEO of MyPlacementAfrica (www.MyPlacementAfrica.com) an Internship placement company for student and recent graduates in Africa. Toluwase peculiar passion. For the less privileged lead to the start-up of "We Care initiative " a platform where young professionals come together to reach out to less privileged citizens particularly those who live and beg on the streets.

In his past work career, Toluwase was a Talent Management Consultant and conference Executive with SPELLIT Nigeria holding responsibilities including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organisational Design and Competency Management. He worked on the company's 4th edition of the annual spelling competition as the lagos state project manager and was also in charge of south west Nigeria .

At the very prime of his career, Toluwase acquired extensive leadership experiences through AIESEC—the world’s largest exchange and leadership development organisation. He experienced intense learning about leadership as a member of the Nigerian learning and Talent Management unit - a team of 5 individuals of 5 different universities within Nigeria , working on people development strategies and campaigns for members in AIESEC’s Nigeria network of over 16 universities. Contributing to the global talent pool in over a 110 countries. He was once the Local Vice President- People Development for AIESEC in Zaria, Nigeria and latter became the President for AIESEC in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

By reason of his passion for sharing his thoughts and findings on Entrepreneurship, learning and people development, Toluwase has attended and facilitated Management, Leadership and business start up Seminars or Conferences held at different times in and out Nigeria.

Toluwase finds interest in researching about Entrepreneurship as it relates to building Africa, learning and leadership-focused talent development initiatives within Africa.
