I help organizations & leaders turn vision into reality through Strategic Planning & Coaching.

Over a 22-year career I have accumulated a range of experiences across functional specialties from finance to strategy, and in helping lead organizations of varied size and type. I began my career as a CPA in public accounting at Deloitte and in Mergers & Acquisitions due diligence consulting at Ernst & Young, followed by holding leadership roles in mission-driven non-profit organizations. My greatest talent of being a “seer of perspective”, that is seeing the bigger picture in the midst of many details, and continually seeking the "last 10% of truth", allows me to live out my life purpose of helping organizations, teams and individuals achieve their full potential. To turn vision into reality I use processes of disciplined thought that lead to disciplined action including StratOp, LifePlan and coaching.

I serve as the Pastor of Strategic Development at Park Community Church, which has 9 locations serving over 3,000 people each week. I facilitate the StratOp strategic planning process for organizations, and LifePlan for individuals through NavigateTheJourney.com
