Dr. W. Thomas Beckner is a recognized authority on correctional chaplaincy, having served in a variety of roles in the criminstal justice arena over the past 30 years. He has been both a jail and prison chaplain; has managed a non-profit prison ministry, was a senior executive for a national non-profit organization that placed and supervised correctional chaplains; and has served as a consultant to several state and county agencies.
