This is because upon being assigned to read it in high school I so hated the author's style that I resolved one day to redo the novel. This is the result of that resolve. Have lived in TN, FL, LA, and more briefly in Tokyo. Have several issued patents in chemical technology and several chemical and mathematical publications.
