I enjoy writing and helping others create innovative services or solutions.

Two recent examples include developing a new Project Governance Training Master Class and a content website to help people with tinnitus.

For the Project Governance training I have published a complete pack that will help others get a jump start on running their own in-house training. The pack includes pre-reading material for the course participants, full set of training slides and group exercises including role play. The course includes governance in an Agile Scrum environment.

To help people with tinnitus, I teamed up with Dr Grant Searchfield the Clinical Director of the Hearing & Tinnitus Clinic at the University of Auckland. We have taken the techniques & tools he used to help thousands of people improve their tinnitus and made them available on the website link given above. This includes specially developed sounds & techniques to retrain your brain to ignore the tinnitus.

Last but by no means least, I like to support the Angel House Orphanage in the Philippines as they receive no government funding and rely on private donations.
