Tom is a follower of Jesus, husband to Laura, dad to Isaiah and Chase, and the founder of RESGEN. Driven by a passion to engage, equip and encourage men to become more like Jesus every day, Tom has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people at events across the country since starting RESGEN in 2010. While speaking to crowds from a stage definitely brings Tom joy, he equally enjoys listening to people’s stories, talking with them about life, and sharing his love for Costco over coffee.

With the Truth of scripture as his foundation, Tom utilizes stories, humor and his own journey, to help deliver life-changing messages that bring hope and encouragement, while motivating his listeners to take the next step in their relationships with God and others.

Tom is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach, a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls and Sioux Falls Seminary, and has been working in full-time ministry for over 25 years.
