Tom Beardshaw

I help people to reach for their potential, and work with organisations to develop communications and engagement strategies using digital, web and social media, in business, politics, the arts and charity.

I'm an anthropologist, ethicist, entrepreneur, award winning multi-platform designer, digital artist, photographer and Executive Coach.

Currently, I'm freelancing and looking for opportunities to join a great team. Meanwhile, I'm teaching digital strategy at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and with the Arts Marketing Association and the British Council. I also work with the Executive Coaching Consultancy in London, developing online education resources and coaching executives in the City of London.

I was a co-founder of the National Fatherhood Institute and the largest website for UK fathers, www.dad.info. My proudest career moment was successfully leading the lobby to introduce Paternity Leave into UK law.

I'm dad to Jay & Cole, a Southampton FC fan, and I live in Cardiff.
