I love being part of the team at an early stage company. So much creativity, and such unbridled optimism.

Last summer I caught a shark. And picked it up with my bare hands. (Doesn't matter that it was a baby shark. Sharp teeth are sharp.)

In a crowded room once, a guy walked up to me and said "Hi Tom, I'm Ted Turner. Nice to meet you." That was cool. It was so simple, yet so suave. Just say "Hi!"

I've coached a youth baseball team for 14 seasons. I even pitched, which is harder than it looks, and never plunked a kid during a game. I let them chew bubble gum. And did my best to make each kid feel special. Every. Single. Game.

I've been to the Olympics, and the World Series. I've seen the greatest of the great ones play - Maddux, Jordan, Gretzky. But the most exciting games I've ever seen are the ones my kids are in.

I got a piano for Father's Day a few years ago. I wanted to learn how to play. Working on getting really good at "Still Alive" from Portal, and "Let it Be" by The Beatles.

One thing I want to do, that I never have, is fly in a helicopter. One day maybe I'll have my own Screaming Mimi. Nothing fancy - just give me an old school, pink Sikorsky and maybe some islands to hop around between.

The thing I am most proud of - my family. They are each remarkable.
