Tom Dillon

I am Tom Dillon, a fractional CFO and the founder of Frak Finance in Chicago. I started out in equity research at William Blair, then spent years as CFO and later CEO of a $10 million ecommerce business, which is where I learned what a spreadsheet does not tell you. I now work with small and mid-sized businesses on cash flow, KPIs, budgeting and exit readiness, and I have supported more than 40 acquisitions in the last 18 months.
