I started my career in the translation industry. There, I worked for over 5 years. First, as a translator for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then turned to the private sector. After that, I co-founded a translation company which specialized in software localization. There, in addition to running the company, I was in charge of building our customer portfolio and business strategy.

I’m always up for new challenges, so I sold my share of the company and moved to Accenture, where I played a key Project Management role as Senior Analyst for Releases of SAP Opportunity Management tool.

I was then headhunted to work for RB, a FTSE 25 world leader in consumer health, hygiene, and home products. I worked as a Project Lead for Argentina and Chile, taking care of process improvements for the Supply Chain and had the great challenge of leading RB’s first Knowledge Retention Program for Latin America.

After just 10 months at the company, I was offered a new role for Latin America as lead for Digital Initiatives, something completely new to the organization, based in São Paulo, Brazil. This position required fostering and driving a change of mindset and processes from within the company to drive a Digital framework for both Marketing and Sales.

Currently, I am IS Digital Manager, looking after Latin America. I drive the Digital vision and strategy for the company and build our digital presence both for Marketing and Sales from the very foundations. This is a super challenging position in which change management from within the organization and being able to handle VP-level stakeholders is of the essence.

I enjoy bringing to reality complex abstract concepts and creating the right synergy between the Global and in-market components of the organization by making local developments scaleable and implementing global projects.

I love photography, write short stories in English and Spanish and have a passion for music, cooking, and traveling.
