As head of Europe, Middle-East, and Africa for Alcatel-Lucent's Enterprise business, I work with my colleagues to run a $1B+ business focused on dynamic customer and employee engagement. I am passionate about social media and customer experience and love discussing how our Genesys software can help companies become more sticky with their customers. I am an American expat living in Paris, France for more than four years. My free time is spent traveling in EMEA, reading history, and enjoying time with my family.
