I work at the intersection of power infrastructure, battery energy storage (BESS), and grid-connected asset delivery.

Over the past decade I have been involved in the delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects ranging from high-voltage substations and supergrid transformers to grid-scale battery storage systems. My work spans engineering coordination, EPC execution, grid connection and preparation for participation in electricity markets.

I began my career at Siemens (later Siemens Energy), where I spent more than nine years developing and delivering large-scale grid infrastructure projects for major UK network operators and energy clients. Working under NEC and FIDIC contract frameworks, I gained deep experience in project delivery, engineering coordination and commercial management across projects valued from £1m to £100m+.

More recently I moved into the battery storage sector, joining Exergy Power Systems and its UK venture to support the development and delivery of grid-connected BESS assets. My work spans the full lifecycle of projects - from development and grid connection through EPC execution and commissioning to operational readiness and market participation.

I am particularly interested in roles that sit at the intersection of engineering, commercial delivery and strategy, bringing together developers, contractors, network operators and investors to deliver complex infrastructure assets.

Alongside my professional work I maintain a strong interest in the future of energy systems, especially technologies that enable reliable, flexible and efficient electricity networks.

Originally from Poland, I have lived and worked across several European countries and am now based in the UK. Outside work I enjoy travel, architecture, photography and exploring different cultures and perspectives.
