I am Tom, Hi,
my passion is the event and Rock’n’Roll business since the early 90`s and I am still "on fire" working in this exciting industry. The reason I enjoy it so much are our amazing teams and business partners, who are open mindet, creative and have lots of energy.
I spend most of my time believing in talents and supporting them in their development. It’s extremely fulfilling to see people at our event technology company Neumann & Müller I once hired, grow from an Intern into a Managing Director. One of main jobs as a leader is to realize when it’s time to step aside and let them rock the stage. Making sure Neumann & Müller stays a great place to work for our big N&M family is my priority.

I changed a lot in the last years and I feel very comfortable with all changes and the way I started to move on...
While working a lot of my lifetime, my family and I traveled as much as we can. We love sharing our time with other international people and 2012 we found a nice and lovely spot in Goa (Village Colomb between Patnem and Palolem Beach), where we were involved in a wonderful heartly-connected community for 10 years!
Since beginning 2022 I found my new peaceful spot in Asia: Sri Lanka.
