30 days on all repairs. We always back our repairs at TEGR.
When you pick up, we encourage you to play test, but we also back up our repairs even after you leave. We give you a full 30 days to play it on your own time.

Remember that wood is hydroscopic & your instrument can move after you get it home (due to different humidity levels in your home) If it does- we always encourage you to bring it in anytime within that 30 days of pickup so we can adjust it for you. You won't need an appointment and you won't have to check it in and leave it again. We are all musicians here and realize that we all have different playing styles and are after that perfect feel. We would prefer to do any adjustments for you so you don't throw any other measurements off.
