Tom Bowden

Tom Bowden is currently the Director of Client Services for the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer, where his role is focused on providing vision and leadership in client retention and development efforts. He was recognized as an industry leader and innovator while working in the golf industry and served as a member of the USGA/GHIN Member Services Steering Committee from 2008-2011. Prior to joining the Crew, Tom was an integral staff member at the Northern California Golf Association, most recently serving as their Director of Member Relations & Development for his final three years with the organization. In 2012, he was a recipient of the Commissioner’s Club award for leading a full season ticket retention effort exceeding 90% FSE renewal. Tom holds a BS in Sport Management and BS in Business from Springfield College (MA). He is an inventive, results driven achiever that believes in pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking.
